  • Yes! We’ve provided entertainment for large-scale events like festivals, corporate gatherings, and community fairs. We can bring multiple performers to handle larger crowds and keep everyone engaged.

Can I customize the entertainment to match my event’s theme?

  • Absolutely! We love working with themed events and can tailor our costumes, characters, and performances to fit your specific theme. Let us know your vision, and we’ll bring it to life!

What is the best way to schedule entertainment for an event?

  • You can contact us via phone or email, or fill out a booking form on our website. We'll discuss your event details, recommend services, and send a contract and invoice to confirm your booking.

What do you require from the venue?

  • We typically need enough space for our performers to work comfortably and safely. For face painting and balloon twisting, we require a small table and chairs. For stilt walkers or character performers, a safe space with no low-hanging obstacles is important. If you have specific requests, let us know!

Do you provide your own equipment and supplies?

  • Yes, we bring all the necessary equipment, including face paints, balloons, costumes, and props. If there are any additional requirements, such as sound systems or specific props, we’ll discuss that with you ahead of time.

Can your performers stay longer if needed?

  • Depending on availability, we can extend our performance time. We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you anticipate needing extra time, and additional fees may apply for extended hours.

How do you handle event logistics and timing?

  • We work closely with event planners and coordinators to ensure that our entertainment fits seamlessly into your schedule. We always arrive early to set up and be ready to perform at the agreed-upon time.

Do you offer discounts for multiple artists or extended bookings?

  • Yes, we offer discounts for booking multiple artists or events that require extended hours. Contact us for a customized quote based on your event needs.

Do you perform at private homes or only at larger venues?

  • We perform at both! Whether your event is in a private home, a park, or a large venue, we are happy to bring our services to you.

Are your entertainers insured?

  • Yes, all our entertainers are fully insured, and we can provide proof of insurance if required by your venue.

What happens if a performer gets sick or can't attend?

  • In the rare event that a performer becomes unavailable due to illness or an emergency, we will do our best to provide a replacement entertainer with comparable skills and experience to ensure your event runs smoothly. If no replacement can be found, a refund of all money paid for the entertainer will be refunded promptly.

Can your entertainers perform in different weather conditions?

  • Our entertainers can perform in various weather conditions, though extreme weather like heavy rain or high winds may affect certain activities (such as stilt walking or balloon twisting outdoors). We’ll work with you to adapt or reschedule in case of inclement weather.

What are your payment options?

  • We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and cash. Full payment is typically due on the day of the event unless otherwise arranged.

How do you ensure the safety of the children during performances?

  • Safety is our top priority. All performers are trained to follow safety protocols, and we maintain a high level of awareness when working with children. Additionally, we encourage parents or guardians to supervise young children during activities.

What happens if I need to reschedule my event?
